It's no secret that I'm a TV show and youtube addict, so I thought I'd share with you guys what I've been watching recently so you can get some ideas of what to watch yourself. I might even make this post a series where every so often I list the programmes and videos that have caught my attention.
1) The US Office
I'm not even ashamed to admit that I spent my 3 month long summer watching all 9 seasons of The US Office. Comedy isn't really my go to genre of TV, but this show was the exception since I could not stop laughing at the episodes. I think my family were beginning to wonder why they just kept hearing me laughing to myself from my room all day long. Steve Carell absolutely made this show and whilst it was difficult to get past his obnoxious behaviour in the first season, every season afterwards made up for it. I also love the relationship between Jim and Dwight because Jim's pranks are awesome but can we just take a moment to talk about how perfect Jim and Pam are....I mean, relationship goals right there.
2) Gossip Girl
After finishing The Office on Netflix, I decided to start watching Gossip Girl again (I used to watch it years ago but stopped at season 2) and I'm so obsessed with it. I've just started season 5 so no spoilers please! (although I roughly do know how the rest of the show is going to pan out.) Like everyone else who watches this show, I'm so obsessed with Chuck and Blair, oh my goodness, can I please just be Blair Waldorf? And ngl, I always wanted Nate and Jenny to end up together so I was gutted when Taylor Momsen left. xoxo, Gossip Girl.
3) Lily Melrose's Moving Vlogs (Youtube)
Is it me or has there been a lot of moving vlogs on youtube lately? In my opinion, Lily's are the absolute best, not only because of her cute cat but because her interior and fashion style is so on point. I love how much she shares in her vlogs with her viewers. I've read Lily's blog for years now when I discovered her in a fashion blogger book, so I'm so excited that she now has two youtube channels which she updates regularly.
What have you been watching and loving recently?
