I've purchased lots of new bits for my bedroom over the last few months and thought I'd share with you how I've integrated them into my room. If you're interested you can see what my room looked like a few months ago here.

I love how my black shelves contrast against my white walls. I knew I wanted to present various things of various sizes on these shelves, and although I'm still not happy with everything I thought it was worth showing you what I have on there at the moment. Check out my friend, Hannah's shop - she's actually just released these prints in monochrome!
'Love' wall decoration - Wilko / Bedding - The Range / Headboard - Ikea

I recently just bought this new bedding to inject some colour into my bedroom. I'm really loving yellow, white, black and grey at the moment. I love having white fairy lights around headboard - they cast such a calming glow in the evening.
Glass pebbles - The Range / Tea light holder - Next / Globe - Maisons du Monde

I found these glass pebble decorations in The Range for £1. I wasn't sure how I could use them but knew I couldn't pass up such a good bargain. I scattered them in this white, distressed tray I randomly found in a drawer in the spare room. When I was in Brussels, we stumbled across the BEST interior and homeware shop I've ever been in - literally everything was my 'style'. I've seen many globes like this one on the internet and also a very similar (but very expensive) one in Toronto but couldn't justify buying it, so when I saw this globe in Brussels, I knew I had to purchase it for only €22.99.

My sister painted the spotted plant pot at the pottery for me which I filled with a cactus and placed in my terrarium. It's no secret that I love Marc Jacobs' perfumes, so I've slowly been increasing my collection. After my fun time at the Lush Bloggers Event a couple of months ago, I decided I wanted to start collecting more Lush products. I find that this basket is perfect for filling up with colourful bath bombs and other products.
