I'm sort of putting myself out of my comfort zone now by talking about makeup since a) I've never been one to care about the expensive brands, b) I can't even afford said expensive brands and c) my level of skill in terms of when it comes to makeup is limited. But any who, I thought I'd push on through and show you the products that I use every day. I'm by no means calling myself a beauty blogger as I only know the basics but I hope that this post isn't too amateurish!
Starting with my face, I usually just go with something light and simple. I love using the Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream as it gives really good coverage without blocking your pours. It stays on well throughout the day, has SPF 15 and also works well as a concealer. I've actually never used foundation before, not because I don't have problematic skin (my skin used to be worse than it is now) but because I've just never been all that bothered about hiding every single blemish on my face. Does that even make sense? I dunno, but this works well enough for me. I also found this pink MUA lipstick in my sister's drawer a couple of months ago which works really well as an everyday lipstick. As you can see it's pretty worn so I don't know the exact shade but it just gives my lips a little bit more colour after applying the BB cream.
Moving onto my eyelids, I apply the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion that I got for Christmas (when I remember to) and then pick a couple of shades out of my MUA Undress Me Too Palette. I usually go for Shy (top row, third from the left), Wink (bottom row, third from the right) and occasionally a tiny bit of Obsessed (bottom row, second from the right). It gives my eyelids a subtle shimmer that I think is great for everyday. I use a couple of Real Techniques brushes to apply my eyeshadow, mainly the accent brush and the base shadow brush.
For my eyes, I use Benefit's They're Real! Tinted Primer which I received free in a magazine last year which will probably run out soon (*cries*) which is amazing at separating each, individual lash. I'll then go in with Maybelline's Lash Sensational Lash Multiplying Mascara (my absolute fave) as this is great at making your lashes look fuller. When I was younger I used to be terrified of liquid eyeliner as I had too many bad experiences with liquid eyeliners taking too long to dry and feeling like they would run into my eye. However, I am in love with the Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner which looks like a felt tip pen, dries instantly and is easy to control on my top lash line. I usually opt to line my bottom water line with the Rimmel Precision Eye Liner pencil in Black Magic as I personally feel weird without it.
So my eyebrows are probably my least confident area of makeup to talk about since I actually have no clue how to make them look nice haha! I usually use this Eylure London Brow Palette and apply it onto my eyebrows with the Real Techniques Brow Brush. I find that the brown colour I use can often look a little too red toned so I'll run my fingers through my eyebrows to make it look a little more subtle and softer. On occasions however, I use the Eylure Brow Pencil if I'm not feeling the powder.

Phew, it's over! I hope this was at least somewhat enjoyable for you haha! What products do you use for your everyday makeup?
